Teddy – Autism Service Dog

Teddy went to Highland Canine Training, a training program dedicated to helping people train service dogs. Teddy has always been a lover. In his litter, he was always very confident. He would sit back and watch as the other pups would get into tussles. While he didn’t start too many shenanigans, he would engage when they were brought to him. He’s always loved people and we are so excited that he is so successful with Highland Canine.

At Highland Canine, Teddy has become a fan favorite. He’s often the highlight of their Facebook feed and he’s taking to training like a dream.

Teddy was bought to Highland in November of 2023, but only four months later he looks like he will make an excellent service dog for an autistic child. His patience, confidence, and willingness allow him such an opportunity.

“All three dogs are doing really well! You did a great job with them! All three are some of may favorite poodles we’ve had. I just love how confident and eager they are even with there different personalities.”
