Contemplating Getting a Puppy?
If you are interested in reserving a puppy, please contact us, we are happy to discuss with you your preferences and help you find the perfect puppy. We frequently discuss sex, personality, temperament, sociability, and appearances with potential buyers so that we can help buyers select the right match.
You always have final say in which puppy you get, or the right to pass on the available options for another litter.

Health Guarantee
We offer a lifetime guarantee on our dogs against all the health testing that we complete. We are confident you’ll have a healthy dog, free of breed-related maladies.
Lifetime Support
We are always on your team, for the life of the dog and beyond. If you ever have any questions or concerns, we are just a phone call away. Your long-term success is how we gauge our success.
Vaccinations
All puppies will be up-to-date on standard vaccinations, as is age-appropriate. Vaccinating is a simple way to prevent difficult things like Parvo, we want you to have a strong start.
AKC Registration
All of our dogs are AKC Registered and come with AKC Limited Registration (no breeding rights). If you are interested in breeding, please let us know, so we can get you the right registration.
Microchipping
All of our puppies are microchipped. While we know that no one plans for their puppy to get out of the yard or to get lost while camping, it can happen. Microchipping allows you another way to get your dog back if their collar is lost.
Deworming
Dogs are wonderful, but sometimes they get into things that aren’t as wonderful. While we do the best we can to prevent exposure, we do deworm our dogs preventatively to help the transition from weaning and to your home.

How Does the Process Work?
Sign the Contract & Place a Deposit
We believe in transparency, this is why we ask that you review our contract prior to signing and giving us a deposit, this way you know what to expect from us.
We ask for a $500 deposit, which holds your choice until pick up. If a deposit is placed before a selection has been made or before the litter has been born, we will give selection options based on the order we receive deposits. Half of the deposit is refundable, the nonrefundable is the cost of us managing your spot on the waitlist.
Deposits hold your spot in the waitlist. We don’t start sorting which dog will go to which family until their personalities start to show around 7 weeks of age, at which time we will discuss with you the best options according to your desired traits and needs.
Select Your Puppy & Schedule Pick Up
Once the puppies are about 7 weeks old, personalities will start to show and we will complete temperament testing. This gives us a deeper understanding of who will be better for you and your intended lifestyle.
We work with everyone on a first-come-first-serve basis. This means the sooner you get your deposit in, the more puppies you’ll have to choose from.
You are not required to take any puppy, so if you are set on a color, sex, or something else, we can always bump you to the next litter if the puppies available aren’t what you are looking for. We never will send you home with a dog you don’t want.
We will coordinate pick up with you and you’ll be able to make arrangements to meet us. Occasionally we will deliver puppies, usually for an extra fee. If you need to fly a puppy, we can do that, too, Laura can explain the costs of shipping and the options. We are close to the Albany, New York (ALB/Albany International) and Syracuse, New York (SYR/Hancock International) airports.
